Project CUE started with a simple observation: structure helps, and the children who need it most often have the least access to it.

I set out to see what I could do about that, and I began by asking. I have spent the time since in special-needs centres, in demos with parents, and in long conversations with therapists, teachers and caregivers. Those 50+ conversations shaped everything: the app, the dashboard, and what we chose not to build.

I raised the funds for the first version independently, and the app is live on both stores. But I think of it as an enabler. What matters more is the trust built with the teachers, parents and children who let me into their days.

Right now I am designing the Caregiver Dashboard with the centres that asked for it, and working to make sure Project CUE keeps running well beyond the time I am in school.
